hi and welcome to my little pruvitvideo when i first tell you that this is not a professional video and i wannaapologize upfront because i'm not reading the script i am i'm not an actori do have my notes off to the side so you'll see me cleansing and reading mynotes maybe not even glancing at the time but this is just a real littlevideo and i wanted to do to make this video because i've been taking keto osfor the last nine days and i wanted to give you an idea of what what's beenhappening to me and how that's been going so first off i'd lost eight poundsin those nine days so that's just just under a pound a day and i've only changetwo things in my lifestyle i am not

working out at all i wasn't working outbefore and i'm not now i'm doing it because i really want to see how theproduct works i wanna see how this ketosis works and how this ketogenic diet work soi'm not working out on purpose because i was working out before i probably willstart working out now that my energy levels are increasing but i'll get tothat sometime later in another video maybe let's see now one of the things iwanted to make sure that i've tried tons and tons of diet you name it i'veprobably been on it and i try to tune in they all work for certain people andcertainly so i'm not your to pooh-pooh anybody's diet but i'm here to tell youthat i've tried a bunch of them and none

of them worked for lasting effects to methat's on me or my body i'm specifically the diet itself i cannot stand at lowcalorie diet just not going to work for me i don't like eating rabbit foodeveryday calories everyday i travel for business a lot and it's just notconducive to eating those kinds of diet especially when you're travelingespecially if you have to multiple meals a day for five six times a day that thatjust doesn't work for me i wanted to have a dietary program that was gonnaburn body fat that specifically what i'm after we can show go ten days ago i was 286point six pounds and now on 278 pounds

and i need that to keep going my goal weight is about 180 to 195 poundsand i need that to continue that weight loss without significantly changing mylifestyle now yes i'm gonna exercise along with a diet and i'm gonna do someother things but i i just can't have always special requirements on mylifestyle i work i travel kids i have commitments and i need something thatworks within within that framework so i need some days gonna burn body fat andthis is burning body fat in all kinds of diet where he hydrated you lost waterwayor you lost muscle mass and that's not happened here

hydrated i feel strong i feel energy soso i'm losing and losing fat and boy do i have that to lose so that's a goodthing now when i talk about this this diet so this you know i'm taking thisketo os and i've been taking it once or twice a day for nine days in first offit tastes good it's it's it really does not take a lot of supplements have takena lot of shakes and in different things and things you know what i mean i wentoutside grabbed a scoop of dirt and grass and chewing on that this isnothing like that this actually tastes like the orange dreamsicle popsicle withthe white cream in the middle of it or that or insulted that you get thatorange creamsicle orange creamsicle

that's that's what it tastes like so itit tastes good start with the diet side i need something that i can live withsomething that i can eat where i'm eating fruits and i want me and so ihave been eating it it's crazy to because i've been eating stuff thatpeople will tell you that you shouldn't be have been having steak had pork i hadroast asparagus green beans of those are relatively healthy the bacon wrappedasparagus would not necessarily some may not so they say so but it was it wasdelicious i've had chicken counselor castro with creamcheese and cheddar cheese i had same and

i had shrimp crab legs are dead meatballs i'm eating food that i enjoy each and the really big benefit of this isi'm not eating as much not because i have to restrict those counters thebecause i dont want to i'm not hungry i can't eat as much as i used to because they just don't go hungry don'ttalk about that again here in a in a little bit let me get back here to mynotes so let me let me tell you a little bit about the keto os in specifically youknow what what it is and by the way i'm not a doctor i don't play doctor and tbhi am not paid as a spokesperson for pruvit or keto os certain you that imerely am taking this and i want to tell

to to use a decade earlier it tastesgood the big thing for me again with thecravings and hunger pains i've been on tons of diet and lost lots of weight butthen i eventually end up gaining it back and it came back more and i think that'sbecause was the the the hunger pains come backthe cravings come back in i believe cravings or just your body telling youthat its decisions some ways it's manifesting itself in these cravings andthings but i'm having no cravings and i'm not joking no cravings we havechocolate chip cookie sitting on the counter upstairs at my daughter's madeand they usually make chocolate chip

cookies for me they're not getting ourwind up having to throw him out but i just don't have any desire to eat themthere's bread tortillas there's there's the whole and rolls managed to levelthings they're still sitting up there they're gonna go bad they go see otherday going bad there's chips my daughter's make their lunches theirschool lunches they don't it's cool it's a pectoral but they left the ships inthe bread stuff out so when i clean it up usually when i you know clear that upon the chips are some had no desire to grab any chips craving them at all i'mso that's for me those two things to cravings and hunger pains it's huge it'sreally easy for me to stop eating i'm

not hungry when i'm constantly gettingthose dudes craving so i'll get off that but that is really the big thing talked about the food that i meeting itsgood normal regular know a lot of people are eating you know only grass fed thisor only organic dad and i do believe there's some benefits and all that meantstudying a lot of that myself but right now for the most part i'm still leadingthe the normal normal normal story kroger warmer whatever and i mean just anormal normal soon i am looking for the better quality stuff but i'm not yet bycompletely to the idea of everything being organic or everything beingbreastfed her pastor

whatever i'm a sales person i knowthere's a certain amount of marketing in that and i'm gonna study it before ireally start buying into that so that's that's where i'm it was that the waylosses is what i said ate half pounds i have done nothing done no exercise ihave a bit and i'm currently walking between more than 7000 steps a day so i'm noteven doing the 10,000 steps the heart association says you should be doing ithink in the last week two times maybe three i got too close to 10,000 stepsbut i did actually feel the other day that i had so much energy that iactually did go and walk on the

treadmill for about 15 minutes whylisten to a podcast so that's where i think i'll end up getting the energy towork out more is as i lose more weight gain moreenergy i think that's gonna come more naturally i have everything you need towork out right here in my house as well as my in-laws go to a fitness clubregistry they've invited me to come with sam actually gold's gym membership say thati never go to so there you have it so anyways more about that mental claritythat's another thing so i used to and i still do i go to bed relatively early togo to bed at 8:30 9 o'clock every night

most nights and i usually get up betweenfive and six sometimes for something but usually between five and six and when iget up at five in the morning i am so mentally acute i get so much work donefrom like five to 930 or 10 o'clock i don't know i don't eat i don't do thatjust knock it all out know what i have been doing is gettingup as a normal due at five or six and have been getting up and making abulletproof coffee and you can research bulletproof coffee but i'll tell youwhat i do and i will have the fancy coffee makers or any of that stuffbasically have the biggest cultural curious about whatever is lookups to putthe coffee maker i usually action my

wife uses them and then i reuse them iread them and i get half the crap out of each one of us all take two of them in ahalf cup together in that pic is me cup of coffee or i'll use a regular one ifshe hasn't use of the other ones don't ask me why i'm doing the dirty work onit that's why i just don't want i just don't wanna throw now but anyways i doabout 16 ounces of coffee here's my here's my bulletproof coffeein my little i love i love my wrestler thank you jeremy george bush boards foryour makeup anyhow actually there's still something here we show youprobably spillage anyways it looks like what they call blonde coffee like coffeewith cream in it but it has coffee and

then two tablespoons i did get somegrass grass fed very cold butter so i put two tablespoons of butter in a good2 tablespoons coconut oil or empty see our in mct oil and i just ordered mctoil amazon in its its flavor list so i actually use that today and i like thatbetter than the coconut oil because coconut oil has cooking it tastes likecoconut but having that coconut oil every single day is getting a littlemonotonous so i bought some mickey a i think it is color mickey t's a way thatit tastes great so anyways i have my bulletproof coffee and then i have my keto os drink and basically it's just you know you shake it up i put it in afollow-up to this is purple because i am

actually added a great crystal light toit the the the flavors great there's a little bit of a mishandling customertastes in april crystal light packet in there whatever flavor you like and thattakes away if you use the mango peach with the key to the keto os it it reallytastes like dessert really taste like that orange creamsicle the great i don'tlike as much it still has a it takes that kind of the mental rotation awaybut it's not it doesn't work as well i'm gonna try some other flavors i like themingo each with the keto os makes it tastes just like an orange admit i almost atealmost had another keto os yesterday because i was kind of

hungry for dessert is always good tohave that for dessert because it tastes like that that dreamsicle anyhow let'ssay moving on the food grade the weight loss told you about that the mentalclarity the energy he can't i had it happen avocado with egg salad on it imade some avocados the other day and i had you know one of them each of theday's couple days ago put it up where the imac i'm starting to turn slightlyyou know crazy whatever because of the being in the 10 but doesn't bother me itstill tasted good so how can i macondo with that in it was also that's probablyall have until probably three o'clock today not because i'm holding back nowbecause i'm not gonna be hungry in until

three o'clock that is that's that'sagain the things that i love the most of us better sleep people talk about bettersleep i don't know if i better see i mean we just got a new bed so that isdefinitely helping i used to wake up eight or nineteen times a day now i'mwaking up you know once or twice and i'm not completely waking up i do think i'mgetting more restful sleep but i'm gonna believe that judgment till later afteri've had some more time to really study that and see if that in fact is just mymentally thinking that i resent actually happening getting better sleep then talked aboutthe mix being on the road and it's the

power the power is is not like a lot ofprotein powders i had a lot of protein counters are greedy they are hard to mixthere's big chunks and flakes things taste like grass and dirt this doesn'tthis looks like talcum powder baby powder mixes really well i just usesbottle i just poured in their news about the shaker cups and i'm sure you could ijust put in bala water in that works great for me so anyhow this is this iswhat i'm doing this is what keto os is doing for me so far on my plan is tocontinue to work on this mike ultimate goal is to lose two pounds a week rightnow i'm losing just under a pound a day that's fantastic i expect that at somepoint i'm that'll probably slowed down

as my my body weight to that ratio goesdown but i mean i am at least a hundred poundsoverweight so i've got plenty of fat to go so that's probably gonna continue ata fairly high rate but if i guess im doin two pounds a week in 52 weeks iwill at last i heard four pounds and that's that's one year that gets me tomy to my goal so if i do stall out a plateau you know i'll haveto deal with that again i'm not exercising today i'm not taking any kindof sample inside to stop taking everything except for keto os two timesa day i'm not i'm not starving and not eating habits i'm gonna be travelingnext week that will be my first big

travel test but as long as i can havesteak and i dunno caesar salad and blue cheese dressing or hype addressing orseafood or you know just what he can to me i don't crave the court the cards idon't create potatoes or rice or or breads or or greens or any of that stuffso i really don't have an issue with that so many notes aids to wrap thisthing up so let's see all wrapped up by saying i tried it it's working for me been doing it for nine days i've hadconsistent and persistent weight loss no side effects whatsoever even though i'mtaking there's two versions of this there's there's a caffeinated versionwhich train obviously taking the

non-japanese if you have caffeine issuesthen get the camping stuff but caffeine i i'm ok with having i'm gonna get mycoffee and gonna get it from here i have stopped drinking any kind of energydrinks or taking any kind of multi hour energy shots or whatever so i'm nottaking any of that either so thats good there let's see rights with all the time said when myfriend told me about keto os as the first thing i did was i went out and did a tonof research and when i say its own research people that know me know thati'm kind of crazy about doing research i've done over 40 hours of my ownresearch and i i suggest you do the same

good information go do your research inif not on my website go and google it or go to youtube or whatever it looked astons and tons of times of doctors and scientists at talk about ketosis what itis and why ketones are good and you can research and there's also tons of pruvitvideos and people that testimony will talk about all the positive effects thatthey've gotten from keto os so go do that let's see what else yeah this issomething show the beginning of this video that i tried lots of things andthey have not worked or they were too little bit but then i've gained weightis the first time i tried to diet i weigh 180 pounds and i wanted to youthan 150 and that was a long time ago

and i did i got into a diet and thenafter about a year i was at 210 so here you diet and then you know the payback youget is that you gain more weight so i didnt again trying to diet to about 235235 or talk about some years it went by this didn't happen overnight i'm not fat because when they woke upand also possibly improve i was that i i got by by not taking care of myself and noteating a healthy diet but i 235 i decided to lose some weight are doing1500 calories a day in walking around quite well today i lost a bunch ofweight as he got down to 210 in then the

next time i remember trying to thinkabout dieting i was at 250 that was a long time ago as well so from 252 about265 i try to diet again and then last year ago about fourteen fifteen monthsago i was about 270 something and i started having some pains walkingthrough the airport now like doubling over not slowing down but just a burningsensation in my chest like it i just run a few miles in this is just walkedthrough the airport after a couple of weeks of that that started happening athome just going up and down the stairs and going out check in the mail or orpushing them around the yard or whatever so i winnin have that checked out theysaid i had a couple bad how's my heart

that is gonna need some stance longstory short they win and where they put the stands were 10 out of 10 anddifficulty so the doctors actually suggested that i have open heart surgeryso fourteen fifteen months ago i did i had open heart surgery a double bypassgot the scar and everything probably don't show you that anyways got the scarand they did do double bypass basically my heart is strong but i had badarteries and i had two of them block seventy percent 100% the one that wasmargaret was always on the bottom and it wasn't doing that much so they they leftthat alone but we replace statue they took a vein in my leg pain in my chestto replace those so you would think

coming out of that then i would be allgeeked up about you know eating healthier and lose weight know that andi did initially coming out of hospital my wife and i walked i relativelyhealthy and i gained weight and kind of went into little bit of a depression idon't want to get into that here kind of a functioning depression cause iknow people say why you never look to press go into the psychology behind itthere's there's lots of ways to be depressing not look like you are butanyways when my friend found me at the trade show in new orleans couple weeksago i was at 286 points six pounds of us 287 pounds

morbidly obese is not even anexaggeration beyond that so on on very happy that i'm with this i got this theway it's going down i'm going to continue with this i found somethingthat works for me it's not gonna work for everybody for whatever reason i knowpeople will probably say don't say that you don't work for everybody i don'tbelieve that i believe that there are certain diets and programs that work fordifferent people and if this isn't for you then can find something that is doyour own research find something that works for you this works for me find something that works for you if youneed any help or you have any questions
