ok let's go ahead and get our webinarunderway wow we have people dialing in from all across the country for ourspecial webinar training tonight so i want to thank each and every one of youfor dialing and we're going to have here about 20 minutes or so and the reasonfor tonight's webinar is to give you a little higher level overview than thefive minute video that we have on our website and for those of you thatpossibly haven't had a chance to review that compensation video it's an awesometool to use it's a quick five-minute snapshot of thepower of our compensation plan if you have a review that you can actually goto your direct sellers website in the
top right hand corner click dcopportunity and you'll see the compensation overview there is a greatinitial tool i like to call it a thermometer to check someone'stemperature of the opportunity for those that are asking questions about ourcompensation plan so what i'm going to do for us tonight is actually just stillskim the surface but give a little higher level overview of the power ofthe compensation plan that we have here and for those of you that may not knowme my name is brian belleville i'm actually the vp of sales and marketinghere at direct sellers and i'm so excited to be a part of the dc familyand dc nation and be able to share this
impactful and powerful information aboutwhat we've put together here a little bit about myself i have been in theindustry a little over 24 years been blessed to be a multimillion-dollarearner building groups into the hundreds of thousands and that's all because ofthe leaders that i've been able to surround myself with i take very littlecredit for what happened only the ability to take action and have the workethic and due diligence to see it through and finding that precious timingsituation in the industry and because of that i've actually been blessed to havealso received an honor of the top 250 ranking in the industry
the main reason why i share that withyou is so that you can understand how excited i am with the background that ihave to be in the timing situation the position you know with direct sellerswhereas the company but let's go ahead and a dive right into our compensationplan there is obviously multiple ways to earnwe have retail commissions 3 for free fast start bonuses door teen pay whichyou'll hear me rephrase that the binary dual team pay our check match programand the unit level nine pay so you're also going to hear me talk about speedmeet stability i'm gonna reference that as i go throughthis presentation because this is a very
unique hybrid compensation plan that wehave designed that direct sellers because there's a lot of plans in theindustry binaries have been known over the past decade to create the fastesttraction and momentum because of the simplicity of the plan but there'sobviously a few areas that you know are as powerful in that binary system andthen you've heard of unilevel compensation plans with if if you'vedone any research at all you'll find that the longest-lasting most stablehighest-paying comp plans in the industry since the dawn of the industryhas been the unit level so we've been able to combine the speed and tractionand excitement of the binary
compensation plan funneling into aunilevel compensation plan which is that stability so speed meet stability andyou will again hear me reference that as we move along obviously the most important thing to dois to get started now most of you here tonight are obviously learning about thebusiness and more interested and engaging in the business opportunity andthose of you that are already engaged in signed as a promoter with direct sellersyou know you're going to understand this information but i did want to touch youknow a few points on how to join as a customer because customers are thelifeblood of any company and that's what
we want to make sure that we dounderstand that there is a great opportunity here but we love thosecustomers just alike and want to make sure that we understand we do have twomemberships there's a two bottle membership4 4995 and there's a4 bottlemembership4 7995 now there is a one-time $20 setup fee what that includes is whati like to call your online wine cellar customers are also going to get abusiness management system or basically a back office if you will so they canmanage their orders they can upgrade downgrade cancel anytime you know ordermore of what they like you know so that setup fees gonna help them you knowmanage their orders you know as they
continue to be a customer and a memberat direct sellers now to join the business opportunity there are two waysto join there's a 249 and a 499 now there's obviously you know as a premiumwine lover you're gonna have your setup your website your marketing systemseverything you need to go and then of course your first month's membership isincluded so for 249 you're going to receive four bottles and your businesssetup and then you're actually going to get a case at the 499 so why thedifference well there's obviously different levelsof goals that folks have some people want to make a few hundred dollars somepeople to make a few thousand some

but folks make no mistake the mostimportant thing is for you to get started regardless of the level you canalways order more wine so i always like to say you don't want to over invest andput yourself in harm's way and you certainly don't want to under investmentbecause you want to give yourself the best chance of success right out of thegate and it's important to understand all the prices that you see on yourscreen right now they include taxes and shipping so themonthly memberships include taxes and shipping and your one-time setup fee toget your business started includes tax and shipping so the number you see isthe number that's actually hit your card

something that you can learn how thosedc dollars are working through the three for free so you are going to receive 20dc dollars when you are on your own monthly auto program whether that's youknow the the 795 now as you see on your left hand side you see those dollarsactually accumulating so what happens when you actually enroll your firstcustomer a couple of things are going to happen they're going to be on theirmonthly auto program and they're gonna you're going to receive 20 dc dollarsfor that customer now something else happens of course there's commission'sinvolved so you're going to receive 20 actual dollars in commission for everycustomer that you enroll and you're also
going to receive 20 dc dollars a fortydollar value that's actually adding up with that customer so you actuallyenroll your second customer and notice i'm using the binary structure you knowbinary meaning to so you have left organization and the right organizationfolks your customers are also being placed in your binary organization aswell as your unilevel and i'll expand on that as we go on but this means you'regetting paid multiple times on the customer every aspect of our plan so now you haveanother 20 dc dollars plus another twenty dollars commission for thatcustomer you find your third customer
there's 20 bc dollars and of coursethere's also another twenty dollars in commission so in this example there's alot of things that have happened you receive the atdc dollars which meansyou're getting free wine folks you're kidding free wine every single month that youhave a tdc dollars so again to break that down you're getting 24 yourself and24 customer and you've also learned sixty dollars in commissions you got asixty-dollar paycheck on top of that and you're getting free wine this is one of the most incredibleprograms to help you share what you're
already going to naturally share getyour wine for free and have what i like to call a disappearing auto ship so thisis just the core structure of how that 34 free works and remember thatcustomers can also get their products for free they can get their wine forfree every month so a promoter and the customer by referring three customersit's important to understand this is based upon customer acquisition only soif you have to sign up a distributor or a promoter that doesn't go towards yourthree for free it must be customers but folks let'sthink about this for just a second you can roll a customer whether they'reon the 4995 to bottle membership or the
7995 for bottle membership you ask himone question would you like to have your wine for free they're they're going to say yes wellthen you answer all you have to do is refer three now it's important tounderstand that regardless of what package your customers are on so you'reon a 7995 for bottle membership if us to enroll three customers even at the 4995to bottle membership you're still getting those dc dollars you're stillgetting 2 $20 commission so every single thing that you see on this screen is thesame numbers whether it's the 49 or the 79 and that's what makes this so muchmore powerful than any other program on
the market most programs they make you have toactually man the order so if you're on ahundred-dollar order you've got to find three customers that are doing a hundredfolks not a direct sellers we want you to go out and share this incrediblemessage and our wives from all across the world and as long as you have threecustomers you're getting free wine and those dc dollars are going to continueto stack up and help you now let me give an example of how this can actuallyspiral into more commissions now remember this a customer can onlyget free wine but a promoter can get
free wine and commissions so in thisexample you see that there's a lot of twenty dollar paychecks here so let'ssay for example you found one two three and then you actually went out found ahandful of customers they're signing up customers working on getting it for freeso in this example you've actually made an extra two hundred and twenty dollarsin income from your customers finding customers so watch the screen veryclosely so let's say your first customer that you enrolled they went out and theyrefer to customer because they're working on getting it for free and justsharing the story there's a twenty-dollar paycheck but folks there acustomer they can receive commissions
that twenty dollars goes to you thepromoter so every single time one of your customers customers refers one youare actually getting another twenty dollar commission check so for example if you have one customerwho referred nine that would be a 10 to 10 excuse me 10 total customers so you justturned two hundred dollars and literally a hundred and eighty came from yourcustomers and people that you may not even know so that is an absolute a crazybonus when you think about how this can escalate overtime and you can have themultiplication and the duplication
moving forward so onto our fast startbonus getting paid fast obviously there's two ways to getinvolved there's the 249 and the 499 the 249 actually pays a hundred and twentyfive dollar fast start bonus that's fifty percent folks i like to call it a50-percent fast start bonus because that $249 earning a hundred $25 paycheck ifyou enroll 249 and find two people to do the sameyou've already got your initial investment back now 499 you actually receive a 250 dollarfast start bonus again another fifty percent fast start bonus in this exampleyou've earned 375 dollars for justin
rolling two people wanted to 49 and 1499 now for every single person that you enroll you're always going to receivethat 125 or the 250 a quick example if you was to bring in one person a week at499 that's two hundred fifty dollars times for that's a thousand dollars inthat month for just enrolling for individuals personally into yourorganization now what's so powerful about this the number one thing thatpeople want to do when they start a business is get their initial investmentback never before has it been a program whereyou can enroll to people and get your initial investment back i personallyhaven't seen my 24 years of experience
now there's also the customer side aswell and you know there's that one time setup fee so you're going to receivetwenty dollars for a customer every single time you enroll a customer that'spart of our fast start program now to be qualified you must place one left andone right to qualify in the binary compensation plan which is the nextprogram that we want to talk about we call it dual team pay for simplicityit's a binary so as you see here you have one left and one right and you canqualify for up to twenty percent bonus in your lesser team and our binary dualteam pay most companies only pay about ten percent we literally paid twentypercent in our binary so here's the
example of how that works of courseyou've got to be active with your 7995 or have a hundred and twenty dc dollarsthrough your customers most promoters are active because they're placing theirown order because they love wine and in this example you have five thousanddollars in sales volume on your left and you have four thousand dollars in salesvolume on your right so at twenty percent as you work throughthe compensation plan you would earn eight hundred dollars in this particularexample and that is also paid weekly so you can see the exponential potentialand i a binary compensation plan actuallycatches traction really fast because you
only have two positions on yourfrontline one left and one right in this example you've been road seven people1234567 so in this example there's been five people placed below and as you cansee the volume helps everyone so you can actually place people in depth in yourorganization and by helping other people that's going to help give them volume sothey can cut a paycheck as well now here's where the speed meets the spitstability this is the speed side of ourcompensation plan here is the stability side now remember you personallyenrolled seven people in our previous example when r 9 level you know levelthey're actually all on your frontline
and most companies if you play somebodywould be on your level for your level five here you are able to place individualsunder others to help them build a paycheck but you did not cost yourself adime in our unilevel pay they all stay on your frontline not costing you anylevel so you can earn nine full levels in our unit level you know with thisprogram so that means you're able to help others without costing you anymoney and they can make extra money that's the greatest win-win situation ofany compensation plan i've seen in the industry so as you can see as you workthrough the ranks here from a wine lover
to a wine enthusiast a critic aspecialist and expert a connoisseur aficionado a wine master and thenfinally a master seller so as you move through the ranks you can actually earnthose levels of death and currently all you've got to do is personally enroll sowhen you enroll one you're a wine lover you enroll to your wine enthusiast andjust carry that out when you personally enrolled nine people you're actuallyhave earned all nine levels of pay and you're a master seller also the simplestprogram that i've ever seen in the industry so again this is the stabilityside of our plans so speed meet stability now for a program that i'mgenuinely excited about called the check
match bonus why is a check match so exciting becauseit creates the right behavior what do i mean by that compensationdrives behavior what behave do you want to drive in your companypeople helping people having a genuine interest in helping others so you want to help your team earn asmuch money as humanly possible and then you're going to have a check matchanywhere from three to ten percent depending on the levels and we actuallypay more than just the first level we actually pay to four levels of checkmatch in your organization so this is
going to allow you to reach even deeperin your organization so if you have a person on your fourth level that yourcheck matching on you're reaching much deeper into your organization becauseyou're getting a percentage of their check and you want to help them earn asmuch as possible and you're going to get a that reward for yourself movingforward in the compensation plan so folks have boils down to this gettingstarted obviously if you're not ready to jointhe business right now what you want to do is get started as a customer enjoythe wines from all across the world and see you know the simplicity of whatwe're doing work on getting your wine
